Policy)

The purpose of this site is to gather the names and contact details of as many ex-pupils and staff of
Camelsdale First School as possible. During 2004, its Centenary year, the School will be organising a
number of events to which we would like to invite ex-pupils and staff. The school would also like to
provide the facility to enable ex-pupils to contact each other via e-mail; more details on how this
will work and how we will protect member's privacy are set out below.

This agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations and those
of Camelsdale First School, in relation to the Camelsdale Reunited site and the service we are
offering. By registering you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement and you re-affirm that
agreement every time you access the site.
Membership. In order to fully access the site you must first register and become a "Member".
Non members are permitted to read reminiscences on the Memory board, but have no other access to the
site.

In order to register you must be at least 18 years of age.

Once you have registered your details, you will be able to:

Browse the names of members already registered.

Ask Camelsdale Reunited to forward your e-mail details to other members you would like to contact. It will be up to those members to make contact with you if they so wish.

Read and add reminiscences to the Memory board.

Send in photographs to be added to the Memory board.

Registration. You undertake to register on the Camelsdale Reunited site using accurate and
current information about yourself, which must include your correct name, address and other requested
details. You must also undertake to register only if you are an ex-pupil of the school or have been a
member of the school staff.
Your registration details will be added to the site and a confirmation e-mail sent to you within 2-3 days.
Once you have received the confirmation e-mail you will be able to access Camelsdale Reunited.
